Hancock T.V. & Appliance Delivery Policy
Hancock T.V. & Appliance will contact you 24 hrs in advance of the scheduled delivery date to confirm the address, the time of delivery and the appliances we will be delivering. The day of the delivery, we will contact you 30 minutes prior to our arrival to confirm that you are at the delivery address.
Delivery Charges
Hancock T.V. & Appliance (HTA) will deliver a set of appliances to the first (1st) or second
(2nd) floor location of the customer's choice for a standard delivery fee of $50.00. For each piece HTA delivers they will remove one old piece at no additional charge. For each floor over the 2nd that HTA delivers walk-up style to, there is an additional charge.
If HTA delivers multiple times due to a customer error, there is an additional charge of $50.00 per delivery.
Moving Multiple Pieces within the Residence
If HTA is asked to move multiple pieces within the residence (e.g. HTA delivers to the first floor, moves an old fridge to the basement and then disposes of the fridge already in the basement) there will be a charge of $50.00 per extra piece.
Stacking a Laundry Set
There's a $30.00 charge plus the cost of the stacking kit itself.
Attaching Pedestals to a Laundry Set
There's a $20.00 charge for attaching the pedestal set.
Side-Venting a Dryer
There's a $75.00 charge which includes the cost of parts and labor.
Assembling TV Stand for Pick-up or Delivery
There's a $25.00 assembly charge per stand.
Installing an Ice-Maker
There's a $25.00 charge for the installation and hook-up,
plus the cost of the ice-maker itself.
