We want to thank you very much for all of your help when our dishwasher broke recently! Even though we did not purchase it from Hancock, you were amazing! Thank you for taking the time to talk to your service department about it, and even speaking with Whirlpool and getting them to cover the entire cost of the repair. We really appreciate it! (The store where we purchased the dishwasher was less than helpful.) When Anthony got to our house, he had the whole repair completed in less than an hour. He is courteous, professional, and funny! Next time we have to purchase an appliance, we will definitely be skipping Home Depot, Lowes, etc., and heading straight to your store! You guys are the BEST! Thank you!

Anthony from Hancock T.V. & Appliance came to my home, diagnosed and repaired my refrigerator in less than an hour. The price was right - and he even fixed a shelf in the fridge at no extra cost. Great service.

We had a house built this past spring and needed a new washer, dryer and refrigerator. We had plenty of time to shop around for best price and service. After going to Kam's, Best Buy, Sears, etc, we ended up back at Hancock Appliance for the best price, best items, service and knowledge. Delivery was on time and installers were very clean, cautious and professional. Overall great experience.
