and have been fixing for more than 60 years. Customer Service is something that we take
great pride in, and our personable approach is what separates us from the "chain" stores.

Repair Service Policy
There's an $85.00 fee to send a service technician to your home to diagnose the problem.
We'll give you an estimate that includes any necessary parts and labor. If you decide
not to do the repair you can apply 50% of the service fee towards the purchase of a new appliance at Hancock T.V. & Appliance.
