We've been fixing appliances and making service calls in our community for over 70 years, and our customers always say the same thing. They like knowing that if there's ever a problem, they can depend on us to be here to service anything that we sell. Whether you need a service call, have a question about a warranty, or want to know if we carry a particular productor brand that you're looking for, we're just one call away.

Repair Service Policy
There's a flat rate of $89.95 to send a trained service technician to your home to diagnose the problem. We'll provide an estimate that includes any necessary parts and labor to make the repair. If you decide not to do the repair you can apply 50% of the service fee towards the purchase of a new appliance at Hancock TV & Appliance. If you decide to make the repairs, we offer a 90 day part and labor warranty so if for some reason we need to return to fix the same problem, there is no addiitonal charge. Please note that we do not service HDTVs.
