REPAIR SERVICE POLICY
There's a flat rate of $89.95 to send a trained service technician to your home to diagnose the problem. We'll provide an estimate that includes any necessary parts and labor to make the repair. If you decide not to do the repair you can apply 50% of the service fee towards the purchase of a new appliance at Hancock TV & Appliance. If you decide to make the repairs, we offer a 90 day part and labor warranty so if for some reason we need to return to fix the same problem, there is no addiitonal charge. Please note that we do not service HDTVs.
